1. About this site

BendPaks is an independent reseller of genuine BendPak® automotive lift equipment. BendPak®, QuickJack® and MaxJax® are trademarks of BendPak Inc. BendPaks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BendPak Inc.

2. Product information & pricing

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, specifications, images and prices. Specifications are sourced from the manufacturer and may change without notice. Listed prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. is included. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders arising from such errors.

3. Orders & payment

Available products may be ordered through our secure online checkout, which is provided by our ecommerce and payment service provider. Orders requiring special delivery arrangements, fleet pricing or delivery outside the United States may be completed by quote and invoice. The complete order total and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Title to equipment passes upon full payment; risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Shipping

We provide free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and international destinations are quoted separately. Lift equipment may ship by freight carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Inspect all freight on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (BendPak's 5-2-1 program on qualifying lifts). Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer; we will assist in facilitating claims. We make no additional warranties, express or implied.

6. Installation & safe use

Automotive lifts must be installed on suitable concrete per the manufacturer's installation instructions and operated per the owner's manual and ALI safety guidelines. The buyer is responsible for compliance with local codes, permits and seismic anchoring requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and your state of purchase.
