BendPaks ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact information you submit through our inquiry form (name, email, phone, message contents).
• Usage and advertising data collected through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta technologies, including pages and products viewed and checkout activity, purchases, browser/device information, IP-derived approximate location, and advertising cookie or click identifiers.

How we use information

• To respond to quote requests and product inquiries.
• To improve our website, product catalog and marketing.
• To measure advertising performance through Google Ads and Meta.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data with service providers that operate the site (including hosting, checkout, analytics, advertising and email services) and as required by law. Advertising-related disclosures may be considered "sharing" or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws.

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure product views, checkout activity and purchases. Browser events may be matched with server events using the same event identifier. Contact details received with a completed order are normalized and cryptographically hashed before being sent to Meta for measurement and event matching; browser identifiers, IP address and user-agent information are sent without hashing where required by Meta's event format.

We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Meta advertising preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings.
